Teresa C. Younger
Teresa C. Younger is the president and CEO of the Ms. Foundation for Women, the first national fund dedicated to empowering all women. Teresa has been on the frontlines of some of the most important battle for women’s rights. She most recently served as the executive director of the Connecticut General Assembly’s Permanent Commission on the Status of Women, where she successfully spearheaded campaigns for women’s health, safety and economic empowerment.

Both/And/All- Applying Justice at the Intersections of Our Identities
What does feminism and gender liberation have to do with racial justice? How are these struggles connected to movements for economic justice, bodily integrity and state sponsored violence? This workshop will highlight the work of noted scholars and leaders in the fields of racial, gender and social justice and give participants an opportunity to discuss the application of these movements into lived realities, including challenges, opportunities and victories.
