Facing Race 2026 Ticket Holders expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:
Media Release
Ticket Holder expressly grants Race Forward and Facing Race 2026 organizers the non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, and perpetual right and license to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture Ticket Holder’s name, voice, image, and likeness while attending Facing Race 2026. Ticket Holder further grants the right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and modify such recordings for any lawful purpose, in any medium now known or later developed.
Ticket Holder releases and holds harmless Race Forward and Facing Race 2026 organizers from any and all liability related to such use, including claims for invasion of privacy, violation of publicity rights, or any other related claims.
Assumption of Risk & Public Health
Ticket Holder acknowledges that participation in Facing Race 2026 involves inherent risks associated with travel and attendance at a large, in-person public event, including potential exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable or infectious diseases.
Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to comply with any health and safety protocols communicated by Facing Race 2026 organizers, whether verbal, written, or otherwise, including but not limited to masking, testing, distancing, or other mitigation measures as applicable at the time of the event. Failure or refusal to comply with required health and safety protocols may result in removal from the event without refund.
Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Ticket Holder agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or related to their participation in Facing Race 2026 and associated activities.
Ticket Holder agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Race Forward, Facing Race 2026 organizers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to Ticket Holder’s participation in Facing Race 2026, including damage to property or injury to any person.
Acceptance of Terms
All Ticket Holders acknowledge that the purchase and use of a Facing Race 2026 ticket constitutes a voluntary act and signifies agreement to all terms and conditions outlined herein. Ticket Holders acknowledge and agree that they intend to be legally bound by these terms.

By registering for Facing Race 2026, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Race Forward’s Privacy Policy at https://www.raceforward.org/privacy.
