Planning to attend the Facing Race 2026 Conference with a team, organization, or group? Our group registration option makes it easy for one person to coordinate tickets and payment for multiple attendees.
Group Pricing and Discounts:
Groups of 3 or more enjoy a 10% discount on Sustainer and/ or Connector ticket levels.
- Regular Rate (February 16, 2026 – October 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST)
- A 10% discount on Sustainer and/or Connector ticket level.
- Late Bird Rate (October 2, 2026 – October 12, 2026 at 11:59PM EST)
- A 20% price increase applies only to the Sustainer ticket level.
Ticket Tiers
If you are attending a Facing Race as part of an organization/ institution or generate a sustainable income. This is the ticket level for you.
How Group Registration Works:
- Submit the Group Sales Form:
The group leader completes the group sales form.
Once submitted, the group leader can pay immediately with a credit card or request an invoice for payment.
Please note: Payment Terms Net 30. Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Invoices not paid within this timeframe will be considered overdue, and the associated group tickets will be released. If this occurs, the group will need to submit a new group sales form.
- Receive Registration Instructions
Within 48 business hours of confirmed payment, a member of the Facing Race team will email the group leader with registration instructions that will include:
- A link to the password-protected group registration page
- The password required to access the page
- A group-specific registration code
Each group member must complete their own individual registration using their group page and registration code. The group leader is responsible for sharing the group registration instructions with their group members.
All group registration codes must be redeemed by Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
