    Special Ticket Pricing Periods:

    • Early Bird Rate: From our launch on Nov 14, 2023, until Feb 1, 2024, you can enjoy a 15% discount off all ticket levels.
    • Angry/Late Bird: Beginning Oct 28, 2024, for two weeks, there will be a 20% increase in ticket prices for those registering late.

    Group Sales

    Discounts are available for groups of 5 people or more

    • Groups of 5-40 attendees receive 15% Off
    • Groups of 41-100 attendees receive 25% Off

    To register for a group directly via CVENT (recommended for groups under 20 people):

    1. You must first register yourself
    2. At the end of your order form you will be given the option to “add a group member.” Selecting this option will bring you back to the registration form.
    3. Enter the group member’s name and email address in the order form.
    4. Once you’ve entered everyone in your group (up to 60 people can be added directly) to your registration, discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.
    5. You may pay immediately by credit card or request to pay by check (available for group sales only). If paying via ACH payment, someone on our team will reach out to you within the coming days with next steps. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ACH PAYMENTS BEFORE COMMUNICATING WITH OUR TEAM DIRECTLY! If you are unable to pay with credit card or ACH please reach out to us at [email protected].

    Please note, each group member will receive confirmation of registration to their email, make sure to check spam inboxes as some emails may get sifted away as junk. Using this email, they will need to update their personal demographic and dietary information before the conference.

    To “pay before you register” (recommended for groups of 20 or more):

    Please submit a group registration invoice request via this form. Once completed a member of our team will reach out to you to complete and confirm your payment. Once payment is complete you will receive a “group registration code” that you may distribute to your team so that they may register on their own.
