Kelly Mitchell

Kelly Mitchell is the founder of Inclusive Design Group and has a decade of experience in K-12 education, workforce development, leadership, and improving equitable outcomes with communities. Kelly strives to close equity gaps across sectors by supporting and building bridges between community-based organizations, institutions, and system leaders. She is dedicated to increasing economic mobility, health equity, and agency in decision-making for marginalized communities and those farthest from opportunity. Kelly believes that communities should have the power to create and implement their own solutions to unique challenges, and she aims to be a partner in that effort.
