In the Era of Obamacare Healthcare Coverage is a Matter of Race and Class in Georgia

The decision to opt-in or out of Medicaid expansion has broad implications for women of color and LGBTQ people of color living in the South. And while progress has been made regarding preventative care and contraceptive coverage requirements, we know that without Medicaid expansion thousands of women and LGBTQ people will be without healthcare.
