Je'mal Barnes

Jemal Barnes serves as the Director of Outreach for Power4STL, leading an effort to bring holistic harm reduction to people at risk for overdose in the St. Louis region. Jemal is from East St. Louis and is trained as an EMT and phlebotomist. His commitment to community health and healing has included his focus on acudetox as a path to recovery for those who are suffering from chronic trauma.
