Race Forward prioritizes the health and safety of our members, staff, and the staff of the spaces in which we convene. As we navigate the next phase of the pandemic, we must do our best to create a culture of care. That means we ask that our in-person attendees do their part to keep us all safe.
*Please follow CDC guidelines and DO NOT travel if you are not feeling well or if you may have been recently exposed to the COVID-19 virus*
To register for the in-person event, registrants must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Registrants must be up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccinations, as defined by the CDC.
In-person attendees will be required to show their proof of vaccination status at onsite registration.
To enter the event venue, attendees must have proof of a negative antigen or PCR test result within 72 hours prior to the event.
Race Forward will only be able to provide limited first-come antigen testing onsite for attendees who were unable to get a test before traveling.
Masks will be required in all indoor spaces. We highly recommend N95 masks. Please make sure masks fit securely and cover your nose and mouth completely. Attendees should expect to keep masks on throughout the event venue space.
Please note that attendees will have their masks off while eating and drinking in the main event plenary space. The event venue managers only allow eating and drinking in the main plenary space.
Contactless registration will be available on site. All tables, seating, and registration desks/kiosks will be organized to support social distancing.
Additionally, hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue.
